Once you’ve uploaded your Proof of Address document, we’ll check that the address matches your current address and let you know if we need any more information.
Once the checks have been completed we will reactivate your Natwest Rooster Money account.
If you no longer use your NatWest Rooster Money account and would like to delete it instead, please respond to this message to let our team know this. If there is a balance left on your account, our team will let you know and provide next steps on how to withdraw funds back to your bank account.
