What to do if you lose your card
When you can’t find your Rooster Card, you can freeze it from the app. Once frozen it cannot make purchases, so your money is safe.
To do this:
- Open your RoosterMoney app
- Tap the card icon on the left
- Tap Freeze Card
If the card turns up again later, you can unfreeze it from the app and continue using it as normal.
If you’re sure you’ve lost it, contact us through the app to order a new card.
