Back To School 2024 Prize Draw T&Cs

 

  1. The prize draw is open to those aged 18 or over who are GB residents and are members of Instagram. The prize draw is not open to employees of NatWest Rooster Money / The NatWest group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this prize draw.
  2. Entry is via Instagram only. One entry per person. Entries using multiple Instagram accounts may be disqualified at the discretion of the promoter. Entries must be submitted by following the NatWest Rooster Money Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/roostermoneyhq, then liking, commenting with the first item your child will be packing ready for school and tagging a friend on the post promoting the prize draw by 23:59 on 30th August 2024.
  3. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or delayed. Evidence of following, liking, and commenting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  4. There are a total of 18 prizes to be won. The prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
    • The first three names drawn will each win one prize consisting of an Apple Gift Card worth £400, a Nike Gift Card worth £50, an Amazon Gift Card worth £50 and a Rooster Money branded water bottle.
    • The following five names drawn will each win one prize consisting of a Nike Gift Card worth £50, an Amazon Gift Card worth £50 and a Rooster Money branded water bottle.
    • The further following 10 names drawn will each win one prize consisting of an Amazon Gift Card worth £50 and a Rooster Money branded water bottle.
  1. The winners of the prize draw will be informed on Instagram by Direct Message (to the Instagram profile ID used by the winner at the point of entry). The winner’s name and county will be available following the close of the prize draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to NatWest Rooster Money, 250 Bishopsgate, London, England EC2M 4AA.
  2. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surnames of the winners and copies of the winning entries.
  3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. However, all entrants shall comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions throughout this promotion.
  4. Apple, Nike and Amazon are not participants in or sponsors of this promotion.
  5. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
  6. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  7. All times referenced in these Terms and Conditions are to London, UK-time.
