a. The prize draw is open to the Parents & Guardians of NatWest Rooster Money account holders, aged 18 or over who are UK residents (excludes Northern Ireland) who are members of Instagram and follow the NatWest Rooster Money account. The prize draw is not open to employees of NatWest Rooster Money / The NatWest group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this prize draw.

b. Entry is via Instagram only. One entry per person. Entries using multiple Instagram accounts may be disqualified at the discretion of the promoter. Entries must be submitted by following the NatWest Rooster Money Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/roostermoneyhq/ and then liking and commenting on the post promoting the prize draw by 23:59 on 13/12/22.

c. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. No responsibility is
accepted for entries lost or delayed. Proof of posting will not be accepted as
proof of entry.

d. The prize comprises of a family portrait with the maximum of 6 persons, drawn by a Beano illustrator. The prize will be created from a selection of photographs and information supplied by the prize winner. From the time Beano receives the photographs and information from the winner there will be a period of 12 weeks until the framed family portrait prize is delivered to the winner. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

e. The winner of the prize draw will be informed on 14/12/22 by Direct Message to the Instagram profile used by the winner at the point of entry. NatWest Rooster Money will verify the winner as a Rooster Money account holder, with confirmation of their email account held with their Rooster account. The winner’s name and county will be available following the close of the prize draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to NatWest Rooster Money, World Learning Ltd, 64 New Cavendish Street, London, W1G 8TB.

f. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surname of the winner and copies of the winning entries.

g. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated by Instagram. Instagram is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. However, all entrants shall comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions throughout this
Promotion.

h. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to select another winner of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

i. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
