NatWest Rooster Money Creative Card Terms & Conditions

These NatWest Rooster Money Creative Card Conditions are in addition to the NatWest Rooster Money Tracker Conditions and the NatWest Rooster Money Payment Conditions, together these conditions form the whole contract with you (“Agreement”), which applies to the use of the NatWest Rooster Creative Card Service. If there is a conflict between any provision of the NatWest Rooster Money Tracker Conditions, NatWest Rooster Money Payment Conditions and these NatWest Rooster Money Creative Card Conditions, the provisions of these NatWest Rooster Money Creative Card Conditions shall prevail.

1. PURCHASING A CREATIVE CARD

1.1 By purchasing a Creative Card you are agreeing to pay a fee of £4.99 (“Order Fee”) and to the conditions of the Agreement.

1.2 If you select a Creative Card as your chosen card ordered as part of your subscription, you will be automatically taken to a payment screen at the end of the selection process where you will see a list of card/s ordered and the total cost for these. You will be given the option to add your payment card details or use an existing saved card.

1.3 Once you have selected Pay Now, your order fee payment will be taken from your nominated card and will show on your account as “Rooster Money”. Your selected card/s will arrive within 5-10 days.

2. CANCELLING AND REPLACING YOUR CREATIVE CARD

2.1 If you wish to cancel a Creative Card and have not yet activated it, please advise us which Creative Card you wish to cancel by emailing us at hello@roostermoney.com from your registered email address and destroy the Creative Card without activating it. We will immediately cancel that Creative Card and refund any Order Fee. We will provide the option to downgrade to a free Base Card as a replacement but if you wish to select a different Creative Card design you will need to purchase this via the App.

2.2 You are entitled to a statutory 14-day “cooling off” period from the date you activate the Creative Card. If you wish to downgrade a Creative Card to a Base Card within 14 days of having activated it, you may do so, by following the instructions above and you will a refund of the Order Fee. The Creative Card will be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to destroy it. If you wish to downgrade after the 14-day “cooling off” period, you may do so, by following the instructions above. You will automatically receive a Base Card as a replacement but you will not be eligible for a refund of the Creative Card Order Fee. The Creative Card will be cancelled immediately so you will not be able to use it to spend any Available Funds and you will be asked to destroy it.

2.3 If you have used the Creative Card during the 14-day “cooling off” period but wish to cancel it you can do so, but you will not be entitled to a refund of any funds that have been spent, including any fees associated with these transactions. We will refund any Order Fee for the Creative Card, and any remaining unspent Available Funds will be shown as Available Funds in the Parent Account, ready to be transferred onto another Rooster Card. No other active Rooster Card(s),will be affected by this type of cancellation.

2.4 Should your Creative Card be lost/ stolen/ damaged, you are entitled to a replacement card of the same design free of charge. Should you wish to change to a different design, an Order Fee will be applied, for each card. If your chosen design is unavailable, you will be offered a choice of replacement designs free of charge.

3. REACTIVATING YOUR ROOSTER SUBSCRIPTION

3.1 If you wish to reactivate your Rooster subscription within 90 days of cancelling or expiration and you no longer have your card, you are entitled to a free replacement Base Card or if you previously had a Creative Card, a replacement card of the same design free of charge. Should you wish to change to a different design, an Order Fee will be applied, for each card. If your chosen design is unavailable, you will be offered a choice of replacement designs free of charge.

3.2. If you wish to reactivate your Rooster subscription within 90 days of cancelling or expiration and you still have your card, your card will automatically reactivate when you reinstate your subscription.

3.3 If you wish to reactivate your Rooster subscription after 90 days of cancelling or expiration, your card will no longer be active and you will be prompted to go through the card order journey upon reactivation in the App. If you select a Creative Card, an Order Fee will be applied, for each card.
