NatWest Rooster Money Limited Edition Card Terms & Conditions

These NatWest Rooster Money Limited Edition Card Conditions are in addition to the NatWest Rooster Money Tracker Conditions, Natwest Rooster Money Creative Cards Conditions and the NatWest Rooster Money Payment Conditions, together these conditions form the whole contract with you (“Agreement”), which applies to the use of the NatWest Rooster Money Limited Edition Card Service. If there is a conflict between any provision of the NatWest Rooster Money Tracker Conditions, NatWest Rooster Money Payment Conditions and these NatWest Rooster Money Limited Edition Conditions, the provisions of these NatWest Rooster Money Limited Edition Conditions shall prevail.

These terms and conditions relate to the Natwest Rooster Money Limited-Edition Card Design Service. This option is available to order for both new and existing customers (whilst stocks last) via the Natwest Rooster Money app.  

For existing customers who request a limited-edition card design, this will replace your existing Rooster Money card which will be cancelled after activation of your new card design. For existing customers who are replacing a lost, stolen, or damaged card, your existing card will be frozen immediately upon reporting and will then be cancelled after activation of your chosen replacement card.  

  1. Limited Edition Card Designs
    1.1 Due to the limited-edition nature of the card designs, if your chosen card design is not available at the time of ordering, you will be issued with a free base card design as an alternative.
    1.2 If a replacement card is required to be issued due to loss, damage, or theft, the limited-edition card design will only be issued whilst stocks last and if unavailable, you will be issued with a free replacement base card as an alternative. For existing creative card customers who choose to change to a limited-edition card design, in the event your limited-edition card requires to be replaced you will be issued with a replacement base card free of charge. Should you wish to change to a creative card design, an order fee will be applied, for each card. 
  1. Partnerships
    2.1 Should Natwest Group’s partnership with the limited-edition card design brand change at any point during the duration of your card issue period, we may need to reissue with a different card design as a replacement.
