  1. The prize draw is open to those aged 18 or over who are UK residents and are members of Instagram. The prize draw is not open to employees of NatWest Rooster Money / The NatWest group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this prize draw. Visa Europe Limited (registered office 1 Sheldon Square, London, W2 6TT) (“Visa”) are the sponsor of this prize draw.
  2. The promoter is NatWest Rooster Money, 250 Bishopsgate, London, England EC2M 4AA. 
  3. The Rights Holder is the International Olympic Committee and Paris Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 (“Paris 2024”). Paris 2024 and Visa are not responsible for the administration of the promotion. Paris 2024 is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion, including the fulfilment of any prizes as defined in these terms.
  4. While the prize draw will be promoted on TikTok and Instagram, entry is via Instagram only. One entry per person. Entries using multiple Instagram accounts may be disqualified at the discretion of the promoter. Entries must be submitted by following the NatWest Rooster Money Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/roostermoneyhq and then liking, commenting with their family’s favourite Olympic event and tagging a friend on the post promoting the prize draw by 23:59 on 26/07/24.
  5. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost or delayed. Evidence of following, liking, and commenting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  6. There are 3 prizes to be won, each prize comprises of a Gaming Console, 30 Sports Games in 1 for, an Olympic Games Paris 2024 Plush Mascot, an Olympic Games Paris 2024 Official Mug, a £20 Gift Card – Clothing or Food, and a VISA Branded Gift Box to hold all items. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
  7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the prize, the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize.
  8. The prize is not negotiable, and the winners/recipients must not re-sell or transfer the prize in any way, unless otherwise approved. If any part or all of the prize is unavailable the promoter has the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitutions are at the discretion of the promoter. If a winner does not accept a substitution, they will forfeit the prize.
  9. The winner of the prize draw will be informed on Instagram by Direct Message (to the Instagram profile ID used by the winner at the point of entry). The winner’s name and county will be available following the close of the prize draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to NatWest Rooster Money, 250 Bishopsgate, London, England EC2M 4AA.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surname of the winner and copies of the winning entry.
  11. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw, and that their entry may be used by the promoter for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, online, or the promoter’s social media sites.
  12.   13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. However, all entrants shall comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions throughout this promotion.

By taking part in this promotion, you understand and agree that you are not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing, or sponsorship rights) in relation to Paris 2024 or the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 or any associated prize draws, matches, teams or athletes) and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions, or other activities.
  15. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to select and contact a different winner who will receive the prize instead.
  16. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
  17. All times referenced in these Terms and Conditions are to London, UK-time.
  18. Cancellation, postponement, or material change:
    So far as permitted by law, Paris 2024, Visa and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: 
  1. any postponement, cancellation, or material change of the promotion of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 and 
  2. any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it.
