If you are wondering what's the difference between RoosterMoney and a kids bank account then the answer is lots! The main one is that you can only get a bank account from age 11 and the application process is often lengthy whereas with RoosterMoney you can open a FREE star tracker account from as young as 3, and a Rooster Card with real money when your kids are over 6 years old. We've pulled together a useful comparison of the other differences between RoosterMoney and a kids bank account below to help you decide what's right for your family. We're on a mission to transform the way the world talks about money with their children. We want to make these lessons as accessible as possible so we've made our entry level product FREE.
Key features of RoosterMoney include:
📲 FREE virtual pocket money tracker and star chart so families can start to use the app with their children at any early age.
💳 Visa Pre-paid debit card for parents that want to graduate their kids onto real money and give them the freedom to make purchases in the real world - with spending notifications and controls
