Spot something different about us? Last year, Rooster Money became part of the NatWest Group and we are now officially NatWest Rooster Money! Exciting, right?
What does this mean for you?
It means as NatWest Rooster Money, we’ll continue to provide our customers with the best tools that give kids a head start today and set them up for brighter futures. And it’ll help us make an even bigger impact.
We’ll continue to make our app even better for your family. As of now, all-new monthly subscriptions are available on our Rooster Card, giving you all the same great features – only now with manageable monthly payments.
Of course, Rooster Money will remain available for everyone, so no changes there. Any family can join us (you can see all our prices here).
What will change?
Aside from our name, you might have already noticed that our logo and colours have changed a bit. It’s still the same team, but now with the brilliant support of the wider NatWest group, and we’ve still got our loveable Rooster mascot. If you’re already a customer, you might also notice your emails and push notifications are now from ‘NatWest Rooster Money’. So if you see this name in your inbox, it’s from us!
Our commitment to our Rooster families remains the same. In fact, we’ll have even more to offer, such as sharing more fun ways to learn about money through NatWest’s own programme of educational content, MoneySense. So watch this space!
And a nice bonus if you’re a NatWest Group current account customer – you can now get the Rooster Card free for 12 months for up to 3 kids. Even if you’ve already got a Rooster Card, we’ll add another 12 months onto your subscription for free. Head over to our NatWest Group offer page to find out more. Eligibility criteria applies, so take a look at the offer terms and conditions.
We know you may still have a number of questions. We’ve compiled a list of FAQs for you too. You can read our full FAQs here and take a look at some of the key ones, below. If there is anything we haven’t answered there, our team will be happy to help with any further queries you may have.
