Xbox 3-month Game Pass Ultimate Offer Terms and Conditions
When you join NatWest Rooster Money (the “Promoter”) and redeem an ‘Xbox’ promotional code (the “Promo Code”) as provided to you in the advert, you will receive a 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as a joining offer (the “Offer”) as long as you complete your free trial and enter into a paid for or free subscription for a Natwest Rooster Card. The following Terms will apply and should be read in conjunction with Natwest Rooster Money T&Cs at NatWest Rooster Money- Terms and Conditions
- NatWest Rooster Money parents/guardians must be UK residents aged 18 or above to hold a Natwest Rooster Card account.
- This Offer is available to new Natwest Rooster customers only. To be eligible for the Offer, the following qualifying conditions must be met:
o You must join NatWest Rooster Money and set up a subscription for the pre-paid Natwest Rooster Card.
o At the point of sign up, enter a valid ‘Promo Code’ in the referral code field. (The Promo Code will be provided to you in the advert.)
o Once your initial 1-month free trial has ended you must proceed with your paid subscription for the Natwest Rooster Card to qualify for this Offer.
- Only one account per household qualifies for the Offer.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers except the one month free trial offer, which every Natwest Rooster Card passes through, or the Free Rooster Card Subscription Offer available for NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank current account customers.
- Occasionally, for regulatory reasons, NatWest Rooster Money is unable to offer an account to a customer. In these rare cases you will therefore not qualify for the Offer.
- The Offer is open to new and existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. Existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can choose to add the 3-month prepaid Game Pass Ultimate subscription on to the end of their existing subscription period.
- Once all qualifying conditions are met, (including completion of the 30-day trial period) the Offer will be emailed to your email address provided within 10 working days.
- To claim the Offer, customers must:
- Step 1:Click on their unique link in their Offer email containing their Offer redemption code which will automatically direct them to the Offer redemption site- https://natwestroostermoney.select-your-reward.co.uk/ (where the redemption code will already be pre-populated if you have followed the unique link from the email.)
- Step 2: Customers should then follow the on-screen instructions to obtain their 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate product key for their game pass. (This will be a 25-character code)
- Step 3: To gain access to the 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, customers enter this 25-character product key when prompted at Join Xbox Game Pass: Discover Your Next Favourite Game | Xbox
- Step 4: Customers can then access all the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate benefits on the dedicated Xbox Game Pass tab on Xbox console and in the Xbox app on PC.
- Email Offer links to claim your game pass will expire after 3 months from date of issue.
- This is a limited offer. The Offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time in whole or in part without prior notice and is subject to availability and our Fair Use policy. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- The 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is supplied by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98052-6399. (the ‘Supplier’) Natwest Rooster Money accepts no responsibility or liability for the redemption of the 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription including the products, services and/or contents supplied by the Supplier and any licences granted by the Supplier, and/or any third party in relation to the customer’s redemption of the Offer, and/or the Supplier’s performance of its obligations, and/ or the customer’s use of the 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
- Any account or membership created by the customer on redemption of the Offer on the Supplier’s Website shall be the responsibility of the Supplier and any contract formed as a result of the redemption of the Offer for the 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription shall be strictly between the customer and the Supplier and subject to the Supplier’s services agreement.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed by the customer due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- No Promo Code may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original customer, without our prior written permission.
- Promo Codes distributed or circulated without the written approval of the Promoter, for example on an internet message board or on a “bargains” website, are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.
- The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of this Offer including the redemption of the Promo Code and taking up the 3-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Natwest Rooster Card is bound by the NatWest Rooster Money Payment Terms & Conditions, which contain all the terms applicable to the Natwest Rooster Card Account, including any criteria you or a child user needs to meet to open and use the account. In particular, the child user must be genuine and must meet the age criteria. Proof of age may be required.
- Personal data supplied by customers to the Promoter which is limited to the personal data supplied by the customer in order to receive the Offer via email will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy at Our App’s Privacy Policy | NatWest Rooster Money and excludes any personal data supplied by customers to the Supplier during the course of this offer including the redemption of the Offer.
